- Create and run unit tests for the components of the product. Establish best practices and standards for architecture.
- Assess the viability of product features in close collaboration with management.
- Set guidelines, conduct peer code reviews, and offer comments. Encourage projects to be completed on schedule, with excellent quality and scalability.
